Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellpower, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting initial client assessments to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, managing a dynamic caseload, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in client records.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to address a range of issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and blended family challenges.

• Providing education and guidance to clients and families regarding mental health, while empowering them to create effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborating with a team of behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated support across different disciplines.

• Making referrals to additional resources or specialists if necessary, to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a varied patient population, including individuals facing emotional distress, couples navigating relational issues, and families dealing with unique dynamics such as blended family challenges and transitions like separation and divorce. You will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience, promoting healing, and guiding families towards healthier interactions and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential, fully compliant with state regulations.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
