Work Environment\n

This role operates in a telehealth setting, which allows for flexibility in work hours and the ability to deliver therapy sessions via digital platforms. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., sustaining a work-life balance conducive to your well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting symptoms of mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, determining the intensity, frequency, and duration of these symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower their healing journey.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on regular evaluations and feedback.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the overall client experience.

• Stay informed of the latest research and treatment strategies in mood disorders to continuously improve clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing mood disorders, as well as marginalized groups including domestic abuse victims, homeless individuals, and refugees. Your role is critical in providing support and delivering specialized interventions to those who may face barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n
