Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough and timely records of all patient interactions, including clinical notes and treatment progress, in accordance with departmental policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and manage patient treatment plans, including preparing comprehensive discharge plans based on meticulous psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Engage and consult with family members and support systems to facilitate holistic treatment and enhance client engagement in the recovery process.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, reflecting their personal circumstances and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, providing therapy and assessments to diverse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology within therapeutic contexts, including electronic medical records systems, video conferencing tools, and standard office software such as Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain focus on job responsibilities in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
