This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining regular business hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs, facilitating effective intervention strategies.

• Create, implement, and monitor service plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance.

• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to domestic violence, mental health crises, and substance abuse issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients at risk, employing evidence-based practices to ensure their immediate well-being.

• Actively collaborate with clients to build personalized service plans and connect them with vital community resources, enhancing their access to necessary services.

• Coordinate with community partners and other social service agencies to advocate for clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and cohesive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMSW at Focused Mind Counseling, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families navigating complex social challenges such as homelessness, food insecurity, mental health concerns, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
