Work Environment\n

The position offers a fully remote work setup, allowing flexibility in managing work-life balance while serving our clients efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing the needs of students and their families, requiring occasional in-person visits or participation in school-based events as necessary. Regular working hours will generally be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend commitments based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students, considering emotional, social, and mental health factors that influence their academic and personal lives.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with students and their families to effectively address their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide individual counseling sessions to students, empowering them to navigate life transitions, emotional difficulties, and academic stressors.

• Advocate for students' rights and ensure access to school-based and community resources, allowing them to thrive in their educational environments.

• Collaborate with educational staff, such as teachers and counselors, as well as interdisciplinary professionals, to streamline and enhance student care.

• Regularly monitor clients’ conditions through scheduled follow-ups to assess their progress and address any evolving concerns.

• Facilitate communication between family members involved in the student's care, helping to mediate conflicts and cultivate supportive networks.

• Educate families about community resources, support groups, and programs designed to improve social engagement and overall quality of life.

• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and care plans, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

• Stay current with best practices in social work, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
