Vee Quiva Resort & Casino Laveen, AZ 85339, USA Description Closing Date: September 11th, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. Identifies, establishes and inspires enrollments to prospective Players Club members both on the casino floor and the Players Club booth. Communicates properly with guests with reference to ticket redemption and preparation of player's club cards. Prepares new cards, replacement cards, and updates information in the player development system for guests. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned. Skills/ Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; G reet our guest, I nteract positively with our guest, L isten actively to our guest, A ppreciate our guest. Must haveintermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software. Must pass a pre-employmentdrug/alcohol test andagree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment. Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment. Mustbe able to work in a smoking environment. Education Preferred High School/GED or better.
