Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• Flexibility to adjust to evolving classroom dynamics
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education or related fields is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to teachers and students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Assist with classroom management and organization
• Offer encouragement and guidance to students requiring additional academic or behavioral support
• Help implement individualized education or behavior plans as directed by teaching staff
• Support students with daily classroom activities and transitions
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all
