Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this position, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with instructional activities, small-group sessions, and tailored student support
- Offer academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance, addressing students’ diverse needs
- Contribute to lesson preparations, organize classroom materials, and help implement teaching plans
- Supervise students during transitions and non-instructional times such as lunch and recess
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting holistic development and student achievement
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of at least 48 college semester units or possession of an AA/AS degree
- Eligibility to pass background and fingerprint clearance
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and dedication to a student-centered approach
