Remote Family Health Advocate | Navigate Benefits & Care

Sharecare is seeking a remote Family Health Advocate to support members and families with benefits navigation, eligibility, claims issues and care coordination. The role uses motivational interviewing to guide members toward health goals, cost reduction, and quality care.
Responsibilities include assisting with provider searches, enrollment, and resource referrals, plus proactive education on plan design. The position requires strong communication and healthcare navigation experience.
