QA Test Lead

To establish and lead the organization's overall test management process, the full-time Software QA Lead will focus on developing strategies, processes, and standards for testing in a remote role while working on Hawaiian time. Key responsibilities Establish and implement a structured testing environment with standardized processes and methodologies Lead the development of test case execution plans and manage overall testing activities Gather and understand business requirements to inform testing strategies across the organization Required qualifications Experience in a mid-sized to large organization Proven ability to create test cases and develop test case execution plans Experience in establishing testing processes, standards, and best practices Familiarity with manual testing; knowledge of Selenium and Postman is a plus Strong understanding of business requirements gathering
