Product Support Specialist

Providing remote support for clients using Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products, the full-time Bilingual Product Support Specialist will deliver financial and technical assistance, interpret product outputs, and bridge finance knowledge with IT troubleshooting while ensuring excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. Key responsibilities Provide financial and technical product support to clients, enhancing their use of Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions Assist clients in interpreting product outputs related to financial analysis and credit risk assessments Deliver education on product features and functionality while maintaining strong client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required General understanding of financial statements and key accounting concepts Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Strong customer service skills with experience in a dynamic team environment Working knowledge of Windows-based software, including Excel and Word
