Job Duties:
- Supervisor and lead a team of QA inspectors
- Investigate and resolve quality complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify and address quality concerns.
- Ensure department is aligned with quality management systems aligned with aerospace standards.
- Develop and deliver training for employees in quality systems, inspection methods and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain competency records and ensure compliance with training mandates.
- Oversee inspection programs, non-conformance management and corrective/preventive actions
- Identify and mitigate quality-related risks, including supplier quality issues, to ensure product reliability and performance
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Participates in frequent and detailed recurrent training courses covering aerospace systems and requirements, company operations policy, etc
