We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Quality Assurance Supervisor who is passionate about quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Located in Haysville, Kansas, just minutes from Wichita, Weckworth specializes in manufacturing high-quality industrial textile products, including products supporting military and commercial customers.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be the right hand to our Quality leadership team, helping ensure everything we manufacture meets our high standards and customer expectations.

Lead the Team

• Supervise, coach, and support our Quality Inspectors.
• Assign daily responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Help build a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.

Be Our Quality Problem Solver

• Investigate quality concerns and customer complaints.
• Identify root causes and help implement corrective actions.
• Work with Production and other departments to prevent recurring issues.
• Manage customer returns and help ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep Our Standards High

• Support our ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.
• Maintain, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure inspections and testing are completed accurately and on time.
• Support quality audits, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality records and communicate findings to management.

Make Things Better Every Day

• Use quality tools and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve product quality and processes.
• Help ensure we deliver products that meet customer requirements.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a can-do attitude.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• At least 5 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous Quality Management or supervisory experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints. (A blueprint reading assessment is part of our interview process.)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to lead a team while working collaboratively with other departments.
• A high school diploma or GED.

Our Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Full-time, on-site position in Haysville, Kansas
