Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans and measurable goals according to students’ needs
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and special education staff
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain timely, detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Offer guidance and education to families and staff regarding communication support
