Project ManagerLocations: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA or Neenah, WI Duration: 06 months plus contract Rate: DOE independentize candidates onlyJob descriptionResponsible for delivering high-profile, global program, establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables as an influential HR partner to the business.Assesses the implications of new processes and identifies the activities necessary to ensure a smooth transition and user acceptance of the changes implemented by the program.Leads multiple project teams as part of the program; allocating and monitoring tasks and motivating project team.Create project plans, charters, charts, and timelines to staff and manage projects of varying length, complexity and scope (ranging from small-scale to yearly large-scale)Identifies and manages project and program interdependenciesAct as liaison with between Human Resources, stakeholders and contributors. Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communicationsManage stakeholder needs and effectively negotiate tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and participation. Balance needs of multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in from groupsManages program risks and ensures that any strategic problems are identified at the earliest opportunity. Implements procedures to mitigate risk threats.Develops project organization chart and governance structures. Defines roles and responsibilities of team members.Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders, creates and/or edits project communication assets, and coordinates with internal communications teams to broadcast targeted messaging of projects and initiatives.Identifies and develops strategy for changes in scope, schedule, and cost.Creates transition plan, identifies lessons learned, and applies the lessons learned to future projects.Key Qualifications and ExperiencesBachelor's degree in HR, Business admin or a similar field or equivalent experience8-10 years of project management disciplines, best practices8-10 years of hands-on HR experience managing HR related projects of increasing complexity
