Key Responsibilities:Data Engineering:Demonstrate deep knowledge of data platforms, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics solutionsPartner with business stakeholders to translate reporting and compliance requirements into technical solutionsOversee the delivery of scalable, metadata-driven data pipelinesApply test-driven development and CI/CD practices to data solutionsEnsure auditability, compliance, and transparency in reportingDrive adoption of modern engineering practices (e.g., automated testing, CI/CD for data pipelines)Project Management:Manage complex data engineering and analytics projects to successful completionDefine scope, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation aligned with business prioritiesTrack progress using agile/hybrid methodologies with clear stakeholder communicationProactively mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure successful outcomesChange Management:Implement structured change control processes to ensure stability and adoptionMaintain documentation of changes, approvals, and rollback plansCommunicate change impacts across business and IT stakeholdersChampion adoption of new tools, processes, and frameworksRelease Management:Oversee release planning, deployment, and compliance for data solutionsOwn release calendar and coordinate deployment activitiesImplement automated release pipelines with regression testingEnsure compliance with audit, security, and governance standardsContinuous Improvement & Innovation:Drive efficiency and innovation in data engineering and analytics deliveryIdentify opportunities to automate manual processesBenchmark against industry best practices and introduce improvementsPromote a culture of learning and innovationRequirements:Experience building data pipeline with inbuilt Data Quality rules using tools like dbtStrong expertise in Data Warehousing, SQL, ETL/ELT frameworks, Python, and cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake)Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systemsProficiency in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git)Management Skills:Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and ITIL-based change/release processesProven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholdersStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWorking Place: Atlanta, Georgia, United StatesCompany: ESR Healthcare
