These are full-time, evaluation-to-hire positions with long-term potential.Job ResponsibilitiesWeld and fabricate metal structures and components using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniquesAssemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsUse plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces to specSolder or braze metal parts as neededEnsure welds meet quality and safety standardsPerform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication toolsSupport team goals and complete other duties as assignedRequirements1+ year of experience as a welder or fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting requiredProficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, or bothAbility to lift up to 50lbsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSchedule & PayPositions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shiftsPay based on experience and skill levelWeekly payBenefitsHealth, Vision, and Dental InsuranceLife and Short-Term Disability CoverageWeekly PayReferral BonusesHow To ApplyReady to bring your welding skills to a company that values craftsmanship and safety?
