Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

A leading organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership across a dynamic operating environment. This individual will collaborate with senior leaders to support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and key business initiatives while helping drive operational performance and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and financial decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop financial models, performance reporting, and executive presentations. Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions. Support capital planning and investment analysis. Drive process improvements that enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Mentor finance team members and foster cross-functional collaboration. Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience. Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex business environment. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
