Commercial Lender

Overview I am looking for a commercial lender that can manage and grow a loan portfolio and who is well established in the Cincinnati, Ohio market. This person will be responsible for C&I, CRE, Lines of Credit and other complexed loans. Healthy bank and excellent leadership! Responsibilities Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio. Interview customers to determine loan requirements and gather necessary information for loan applications. Analyze financial statements and other relevant data to recommend the best lending solutions based on customer needs and financial capabilities. Evaluate creditworthiness and present well-structured lending proposals. Offer tailored financial solutions to meet customer objectives, while enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Develop customized loan proposals and present them to customers to secure new business and maintain existing relationships. Follow up on pending loan deals and loan renewals. Provide updates on portfolio performance, new business, and market developments to senior leadership. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in related positions (Commercial/Business lending, Portfolio Management, Business Development and/or Credit Analyst).
