We are looking for a tactical Marketing Communications Specialist with extensive experience in digital marketing, supporting the Product Marketing Manager, to drive awareness and revenues through effective online and offline communication for both DTC and HCP product lines.

Key duties include:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, websites, print media, and events which drive revenues.
• Creating engaging content such as press releases, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials targeted to key audiences.
• Coordinating integrated marketing campaigns, to deliver monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Managing the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborating with sales, product management, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Serving as a point of contact for media inquiries and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Organizing and staffing trade shows, community events, and promotional activities. 
• Producing internal communications such as newsletters and announcements to keep employees informed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications, public relations, or similar roles, minimum 5-7 years.
• MUST have brand experience (agency experience not applicable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Klayvio, managing of Amazon Store, and Shopify.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• MUST be hands-on, able to analyze data, work with management and graphic designer to implement effective social programs.
• Must be efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Salary commensurate with experience. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MANALAPAN, NJ - MUST BE IN OFFICE, no hybrid or remote
