Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NICU

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a position in a Level IV NICU setting. The ideal candidate will be Level IV NICU trained and willing to work in an adult floor, ICU, and the NICU.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatment and evaluations for both adult and neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and response to therapy.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and national standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, with required NICU experience.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Washington State Respiratory License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Ability to float to adult floor and ICU as needed.
• Weekend availability required as per unit demands.

Work Schedule

This position offers a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, with flexibility to accommodate unit needs.

Additional Information

• No on-call responsibilities required for this role.
• No travel to sister locations is needed; floating within the hospital is expected.
• Maximum restriction on requested time off (RTO) is one week.
• Daily parking fee is applicable at the facility.
