Jacks Repair Service is seeking a highly organized and motivated Parts Manager to join our team. We specialize in diesel and heavy-duty truck and equipment repair and take pride in providing outstanding service to our customers.

We're looking for someone with excellent computer and organizational skills who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. You don't have to be a parts expert—we're happy to train the right person—but a basic understanding of automotive or heavy-duty parts and mechanical systems is important.

Responsibilities

• Source and order parts for diesel and heavy-duty repairs
• Manage purchase orders and track incoming parts
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and inventory records
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure parts are available when needed
• Communicate with vendors to find the best availability and pricing
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on repair progress and parts status
• Resolve parts-related issues quickly and efficiently
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Work closely with the service team to keep jobs moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn shop management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
