Pay Range: $20-$30/hr (Based on Experience)

What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment

Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems

Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs

Work on conveyor systems and manufacturing equipment

Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

What We're Looking For

Industrial Maintenance Experience

Electrical Troubleshooting (240V, 480V Motors, Wiring)

Mechanical Repair & Preventative Maintenance Skills

Hydraulics & Pneumatics Experience

Strong Troubleshooting Abilities

Preferred Experience

PLC Troubleshooting

Conveyor Maintenance

Food & Beverage Manufacturing Maintenance

Reading Schematics & Blueprints

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Schedule: 6 Days On / 2 Days Off

Earning Potential

Time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 8 in a day

Double-time pay on Sundays

Double-time pay on scheduled days off

Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
