Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator Hybrid in Denver CO OR San Francisco CA Responsibilities Support recruiting coordination across multiple functions while contributing to Candidate Experience team projects and goals. Facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews including phone screens, technical assessments, panel presentations, and complex interview panels. Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time. Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels. Qualifications 1+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience, ideally in a fast‑paced tech environment. Organized and detail‑oriented; you consider the candidate and interviewer experience from every angle. Time‑management skills; you handle competing priorities efficiently and consistently. Clear and concise communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills, friendly and professional. Ability to embrace change and handle ambiguity comfortably. Proficient with Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar. Bonus points for experience using an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse or interview scheduling software like Prelude.
