Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families to address and resolve conflicts.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans catered to the unique needs of each family member.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic interventions for a variety of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Monitor and assess client progress, providing feedback and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The typical clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as job stress, separation anxiety, and blended family dynamics. You will be instrumental in providing support and strategies for clients dealing with psychological abuse, conflicts among family members, and Mother/Daughter conflicts. Your work will have a direct impact on improving their relationships and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
