About the Role:

Join Great White Mechanical, LLC as an HVAC Office Operations Associate and play a vital role in our dynamic team! In this position, you will streamline our operations and ensure compliance with local regulations, making a tangible impact in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in answering customer phone calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls and installations.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team and management as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding installations, service, maintenances, warranties, etc.
• Assist the Installation Department and Service Department with daily operations.
• Communicate with local municipalities to ensure adherence to building codes and regulations regarding HVAC Installations.
• Contribute to improving operational processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or HVAC preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in office operations in the HVAC industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Service Titan. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
