Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Possess current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• Experience supporting pediatric populations, especially in a school setting, strongly preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families.
• Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of students.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted therapy interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff, to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting.
• Engage families and educators to support carryover of therapy strategies and student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational planning.
