Ideal candidates will have:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligibility for state SLP licensure and ASHA Certification (or in pursuit, if CFY)
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school or teletherapy settings
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
• Familiarity with virtual speech therapy platforms (for teletherapy roles)

Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language needs
• Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated support
• Offering teletherapy services as needed
• Participating in professional development and team meetings
