Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated professional to support patients in achieving improved health and wellness through a comprehensive, holistic approach. The role focuses on providing specialized care, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and education to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being. This position emphasizes collaborative care, patient education, and evidence-based practices to support individuals at various stages of life and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy services
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Administer rehabilitative and preventive care using evidence-based techniques
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term self-care strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using streamlined systems
• Engage in ongoing mentorship and clinical development programs
  
  
  Education, Licensure, and Experience:
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
• Experience or specialization in pelvic health (preferred)
• Certification in dry needling (a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
