IT Site Support Engineer

Salary: $127,000 - 167,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum associate degree in IT or equivalent practical work experience.
• Proven background delivering executive-level IT support.
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Strong expertise in audio/video conferencing systems and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Highest level of ethical conduct and confidentiality, especially with sensitive information.
• Respectful, professional demeanor that supports a positive workplace environment.

• Provide tailored, responsive IT support to C-level executives and other senior personnel.
• Set up and configure executive devices such as laptops and mobile devices, and resolve software and hardware issues quickly.
• Respond promptly to service requests and incidents, documenting activity and status updates in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees, with a focus on fast turnaround for executive staff.
• Partner with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems, including LAN, WAN, and specialized application issues.
• Manage and support audio/video conferencing systems, including live meeting troubleshooting.
• Work with external vendors on equipment setup and maintenance.
• Train executives and staff on effective use of conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Carry out maintenance checks to verify IT equipment and accessory inventory.
• Ensure IT usage and changes, including teleconferencing tools, meet security and compliance standards.
• Help implement data protection and backup procedures.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, equipment setup documentation, and user instructions.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to improve processes and drive continuous enhancements.
• Travel approximately 10-25%, including some overnight trips.
• Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
