Location: Sterling, VA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $50,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

This role sits at the center of daily operations and is responsible for coordinating inspections, audits, meetings, and operational activities while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Coordinate schedules, inspections, audits, and operational activities.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Track outstanding action items and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and project status to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, and operational support activities.
• Help ensure projects and operational tasks stay on track and are completed on time.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience maintaining documentation, tracking deadlines, and coordinating stakeholders.
