Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Daily onsite coverage Coverage needed 3 weeks per month but will accept providers who can do 1 week a month No night call No weekend call Practice Setting

Approximately 20 outpatient clinic patients per day 2 full Electrophysiology lab days per week Support Staff

EP studies Cardiac ablations (AFib, SVT, VT, etc.) Pacemaker implantation ICD implantation CRT device implantation Device checks and management EMR

Cerner Requirements
