Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current credentialing by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board.
• Inpatient experience is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with certificate required.

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday.
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Setting includes inpatient, outpatient, and home health.
