• Support Staff Available: NP/PA coverage 20-24 hours daily

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine; willing to accept AAPS/ABPS boards
• Licenses: Active unrestricted NC medical license and DEA w/ NC address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with NC address and schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (required if not ABEM boarded)
• Experience: Recent grads accepted
• Other Qualifications: CME attestation or proof of CME documents from last 2 years; case logs for past 2 years; health status statement; malpractice $1M/$3M

• Provide 24-hour physician coverage in the Emergency Department
• Manage patients in the 12-bed ED and 5-bed Fast Track
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA providers
• Perform all requested privileges as per delineation of privileges (DOP)
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and credentialing requirements
