We are seeking a Director of Rehab (DOR) for a direct-hire opportunity at a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility in Atascadero, CA . This position is open to a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist . Leadership experience is preferred, but the facility is willing to consider the right clinician who is ready to step into a management role.

Position Qualifications

• Current CA PT or OT Licensure

• DOR experience is preferred but will consider the right candidate.

• Current BLS/CPR certification will be needed prior to start.

• $120k - 125k yearly gross for Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
