Job Description Bismarck Motor Company is hiring a full‑time Automotive Sales Consultant. This is a non‑commission, salary‑based car sales role with a 5‑day work week, a 90‑day pay guarantee, and a full benefits package. Positions are open in both Bismarck and Mandan. *base pay range $3,000 and above! As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll meet and greet guests on the lot and when they walk through the front door, providing award‑winning customer service. We’ll rely on you to listen to customers’ vehicle wants and needs, apply your product knowledge, and always keep our mission in mind: exceed expectations and earn loyalty for a lifetime.
