ANALISTA DE OPERACIONES DE NEGOCIO

Resumen del Puesto
El Analista de Operaciones de Negocio (Business Operations Analyst) es responsable de apoyar la gestion de los activos de punto de venta (POS), incluyendo neveras exhibidoras para helados y paletas, dentro de nuestra red de tiendas. Esta posicion coordina el ciclo completo de los activos propiedad de la compania, desde la solicitud y entrega hasta el mantenimiento, seguimiento y recuperacion, trabajando en conjunto con los equipos de Ventas, Logistica, Trade Marketing y proveedores externos. Esta posicion requiere excelentes habilidades organizativas y analiticas. La persona ideal disfruta trabajar con datos, colaborar con diferentes areas de la compania y contribuir a mejorar los procesos operativos dentro de un entorno dinamico de productos de consumo (CPG).
Responsabilidades Principales
• Gestionar y procesar las solicitudes de neveras exhibidoras para helados y paletas enviadas por el equipo de Ventas.
• Coordinar la entrega de neveras exhibidoras con los equipos internos de Logistica y proveedores de transporte externos.
• Dar seguimiento al inventario y mantener registros precisos de las neveras exhibidoras propiedad de la compania.
• Verificar la correcta instalacion, identificacion y rotulacion de las neveras exhibidoras en los puntos de venta.
• Coordinar solicitudes de mantenimiento y reparacion con proveedores de servicios externos.
• Monitorear el movimiento de equipos, la exactitud del inventario y las condiciones de los activos mediante auditorias periodicas.
• Coordinar la recuperacion de neveras exhibidoras desde los puntos de venta y evaluar los equipos devueltos para determinar si requieren reacondicionamiento o disposicion.
• Revisar facturas y apoyar la correcta asignacion de costos y procesos de facturacion.
• Preparar reportes y analizar indicadores clave de desempeno (KPIs), incluyendo tiempos de entrega, actividades de mantenimiento y utilizacion de activos.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas, Trade Marketing y Logistica para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y reducir retrasos en los procesos.
• Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los flujos de trabajo y los procesos de gestion de activos.
• Realizar otras funciones y proyectos especiales segun se requiera.
Requisitos
• Titulo universitario en Administracion de Empresas, Gestion de Cadena de Suministro, Ingenieria Industrial o carrera afin.
• Minimo 2 anos de experiencia en operaciones de negocio, coordinacion logistica, operaciones administrativas o soporte de Trade Marketing.
• Experiencia en la industria de alimentos y bebidas o productos de consumo (CPG) sera altamente valorada.
• Conocimiento de principios de control de inventario y gestion de activos fijos.
• Familiaridad con procesos de coordinacion de proveedores de logistica externos (3PL) y distribucion en tiendas.
• Experiencia coordinando multiples proyectos y manejando grandes volumenes de datos operativos.
Habilidades y Competencias
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel, incluyendo analisis de datos y elaboracion de reportes.
• Manejo de Google Workspace, incluyendo Google Drive y Google Sheets.
• Experiencia utilizando sistemas CRM, ERP o plataformas de gestion de campo como Repsly, Salesforce o sistemas similares sera valorada.
• Excelentes habilidades organizativas, analiticas y de resolucion de problemas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion y capacidad para colaborar con diferentes areas de la compania.
• Capacidad para manejar multiples prioridades manteniendo un alto nivel de precision.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborar efectivamente con equipos de campo ubicados en diferentes localidades.
Requisitos Adicionales
• Debe estar autorizado(a) para trabajar en los Estados Unidos sin patrocinio ahora ni en el futuro.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en The Woodlands, TX.
• Disponibilidad para viajar segun las necesidades del puesto.
• Capacidad para organizar y dar seguimiento a varias tareas y proyectos de manera simultanea.
