About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Professional Degree Career Development. This strategic and collaborative leader will be responsible for shaping the future of career development for experienced professionals within the company's graduate business programs. The role involves leading the professional degree career strategy, building exceptional student, employer, and alumni engagement, and driving continuous improvement in career outcomes. The successful candidate will be a thought partner to the Sr. Assistant Dean, leveraging technology, data, and industry relationships to position the company as a national leader in supporting the career success of its professional degree students. Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a Master's degree and at least 6 years' of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those holding an MBA or other relevant graduate degree. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in career development, executive coaching, or related fields, and a deep understanding of the evolving employment landscape. The ideal candidate will be an intellectually curious, collaborative leader with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, and a commitment to the mission and values of the company. Responsibilities also include leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the professional degree portfolio.
