Front Office Manager - Hilton Salt Lake City Center (HOT0CHYW) Location: Hilton Salt Lake City Center, 255 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, 84101. Overview Located in the heart of downtown, the Hilton Salt Lake City Center is a 500‑guest‑room hotel just a stone’s throw from the convention center. This Front Office Manager role offers a hands‑on opportunity to partner with the Director of Front Office to improve processes, deliver outstanding guest service, and maximize financial profitability. Responsibilities Manage all front‑office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory, guest‑service standards, product quality, cost controls, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting, forecasting, department management, policy implementation, and meeting facilitation. Supervise, schedule, counsel, evaluate, and recognize the front‑office team. Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with Hilton Company standards. Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and courteously. Implement up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue. Keep team members knowledgeable about hotel products, services, facilities, local events, and pricing. Perform audit procedures as needed. Recruit, interview, and train new staff. Qualifications At least two years of hotel front‑desk experience is required; Hilton experience is preferred.
