Customer Service Administrator

Rental Relocation is a Corporate Housing Company that offers fully furnished apartments, homes and hotels to business travelers and US Government and Military. The Corporate Housing Administrator is responsible for the property readiness and care of our customers. This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring the quality of our customer experience. Job Responsibilities and Duties Client Customer Service Regular email contact with guests via Tasks Processes service request with guests & suppliers using work order system Arrival & Departure Coordination with clients/guests Tracking of Notice to Vacate (NTV) with guests & suppliers Tracking of guest experience surveys and Google Reviews Tracking of hotel folios & private rental web-based booking summaries Unit Set Ups Manage vendors for inspections, to set up furniture, housewares, utilities and more Enter direct costs for utilities, furniture & other services Unit Breakdowns Manage vendors for inspections, to remove furniture, housewares, utilities and more Negotiates damages billing/services/costs with suppliers Manage unit move out process & verify for accuracy Accounting Assist with gathering receipts for the credit card statements and complete any necessary follow-up Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience One (1) to three (3) years of experience in hospitality, customer service, housing services, property management, or a related field preferred. Exposure to a B2B service environment or corporate clients is a plus but not required. Interest in corporate housing, relocation services, hospitality, or housing operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating web-based systems; willingness to learn new platforms. Education High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
