MAZAK CNC MACHINIST

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to operate Mazak CNC machinery at our West Chester, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time position with multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Mazak CNC equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed
Conduct quality inspections and maintain tight tolerances
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety and compliance protocols

Requirements

1+ years CNC machinist experience (Mazak preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $35.00/hour
Full benefits package
Shift differential available for 2nd and 3rd shifts
