Are you ready to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Material Handler in San Diego, CA. Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for processing daily distribution tasks, which include loading, unloading, moving/transferring, and transacting materials to support in-plant logistics. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as you complete transactions and fulfill requests for the receipt, delivery, and shipment of all goods. You'll operate in a cGMP environment, adhering to strong inventory management practices and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Essential Functions

Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies.
Conduct physical counts of inventory and transport materials between departments, facilities, and/or production floors.
Operate warehouse vehicles, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in narrow aisles and cold storage facilities.
Follow all standard operation procedures and GMP guidelines.
Participate in the effective training of other employees.
Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
Knowledge of safety procedures and materials.
Steel-toed boots required on the first day.

Preferences

Experience operating warehouse vehicles.
Familiarity with cGMP environments and inventory management practices.

Work Schedule: 2nd shift - 3 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Friday
