Position Type: Full-time Why Join Us: Fun work environment with the chance to positively impact others Flexible scheduling and closed on Sundays Learning directly from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders Opportunities for intentional growth and development Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay and bonus pay Insurance benefits Responsibilities: Business Plan: Develops and implements a comprehensive business/Catering plan to achieve long-term organizational health (Annually) Systems Management: Oversees Catering systems to ensure organizational simplicity and efficiency POP Materials: Installs quarterly POP materials per Chick-fil-A standards, communicates and the Support Center initiates changes to the restaurant team, including LTO products, etc. Asset Management: Stewards the Catering assets to ensure high brand standards Catering table, TMS bags, Cow suit, etc.: Executes management and cleaning of all TMS bags and organization/cleaning of all other Catering assets Financials: Ensures complete fiscal responsibility for Catering sales, profitability, team management including: Schedule needs: Works with Executive Director to ensure proper coverage and productivity of the Catering Team Invoices: Puts together all monthly Catering invoices an ensures all outstanding balances/accounts are settled before end of month Cash Management: Ensures proper cash/credit procedures are enforced in all aspects of Catering activities Food Safety: Strictly adheres to all Chick-fil-A food safety processes and establishes strong food safety systems Emotional Connections Marketing: Creates and oversees execution of community events to drive in-restaurant sales Guest Experience: Ensures highest level of guest experience, including CORE 4 and Second Mile Service at all times Catering Guests: Cultivates relationships in the community to create consistent catering guests and sales.
