HR Coordinator

Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, collaborative, and solution-oriented. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a smaller organizational setting, and enjoys contributing ideas outside the traditional HR playbook. Prior HR experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate strong critical thinking, creativity, and technical aptitude. Key Responsibilities Support HR initiatives across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Assist in maintaining HR records, policies, and procedures in compliance with legal requirements. Partner with team members to address employee relations issues in a fair, consistent, and timely manner. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, offering creative and innovative solutions to challenges. Administer HR technology and tools to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance workplace culture and team engagement. Qualifications Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Prior HR experience is helpful but not required; candidates from non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across teams. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-driven mindset. Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with HR systems, data, and reporting tools. Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
