Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)
Tryfacta is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for our client in Seattle, WA 98122. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!
Duration: 13 WEEKS
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: Night 5x8-Hour (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of Sterile Processing experience
- Acute Hospital OR experience required
- CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification required
- Experience with instrument decontamination, sterilization, and tray assembly
Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
- Prepare and maintain instrument trays for surgical procedures
- Perform steam sterilization testing and monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with sterilization standards
- Process specialty equipment, including Neuro and Orthopedic instruments
Additional Information:
- 13-week travel assignment
- Night shift (5x8)
- Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
