What You'll Do Take a lead role in trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness binders, trial notebooks, and electronic presentations Assist attorneys with mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings Develop and maintain case chronologies, indices, and organized case files Coordinate document productions and discovery management Cite-check, proofread, and prepare pleadings, briefs, and legal filings Manage litigation calendars, deposition scheduling, and critical deadlines Support trial logistics, including war room setup, courtroom technology, exhibits, and trial materials What We're Looking For 5+ years of civil litigation defense experience Recent hands-on trial experience and confidence supporting attorneys in the courtroom Experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through trial Proficiency with litigation technology such as iManage, Relativity, TrialDirector, CaseMap, Case Notebook, or similar platforms Public Entity defense experience is a plus, but not required Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Why Join This Firm?
