Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Completion of a graduate program in school psychology from an accredited institution
• Eligible for state licensure or certification as a school psychologist (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working in school settings or with students preferred
• Strong communication, evaluation, and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering positive school climates

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students in K–12
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral supports as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individual education plans (IEPs) and interventions
• Consult with staff to develop classroom strategies and support student growth
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
