Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Coordinate and produce proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification packages Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements Gather project information, resumes, and technical content from internal teams Edit and format content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment Support updates to resumes, project sheets, and marketing collateral Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on strategic messaging and positioning Maintain organized proposal files and databases Assist with continuous improvement of proposal processes and workflows Support marketing initiatives as needed, including award submissions and presentations Putting together prequalification packages, bid forms, and competitive sealed proposals to ensure construction Coordinator provides support to the estimating (preconstruction team) and business development departments for multiple pursuits at one time Content production and coordination for business development marketing and proposal development This is a deadline driven position, and flexibility is required to ensure all work is completed in a timely and compliant manner #J-18808-Ljbffr Page Mechanical Group, Inc.
