What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a team by setting goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability Attract, develop, and retain talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and partnership with HR and Recruiting Align team efforts to department and division priorities by managing projects, initiatives, and change effectively Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advocating for branch teams and enhancing the client experience Manage client and branch escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution Operate with sound business judgment in a risk-sensitive environment, anticipating issues and implementing solutions Support and deliver department and firm initiatives, including transformation efforts, process improvements, and talent development strategies that enhance branch support operations and client experience *Working hours will be 8-5pm EST.* What Experience You Need: Current Series 7 license is required (SIE and Series 7 Top Off) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 3+ years' management experience in financial services industry or 2+ years financial services experience along with 3+ years of non-industry specific leadership experience or successful completion of Leadership Development course required Coaching and developing associates Industry knowledge on specific products, processes, and regulations Strong analytical skills and ability to understand process and procedures What Could Set You Apart: A diverse background across numerous areas of the division, firm, and/or industry is a plus. Experience in more than one Service area preferred, or equivalent breadth and depth of Service knowledge, with demonstrated proficiency of increasingly complex responsibilities. Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
