Sunday to Sunday Cafe, Inc.
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking shift lead to join our team at Sunday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must have full time availability.
This position would be focused on managing bar operations, staff development and floor management. This is a full-time position paid hourly with tips.Quality Assurance (Q.A.) : Overseeing the quality of cocktails and beverages served, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards for taste, presentation, and service.
Beverage Menu Development : Assist with development of cocktail recipes, staying on top of trends, and contributing to seasonal or special menus.
Training and Mentorship : Assist in training new staff on drink preparation, service standards, and bar operations, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any immediate concerns from patrons, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Inventory Spot Checks : Assisting with monitoring stock levels, especially for key ingredients used in specialty cocktails, to ensure availability and quality.
Health and Safety Compliance : Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards behind the bar.
